Coastal Pathways Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals and families transitioning out of hardship by providing mentorship, life skills development, and reliable transportation. We believe that with the right support, everyone can build a path toward lasting stability and self-sufficiency.
Based in San Diego, we work alongside our community — not above it — to deliver holistic, person-centered services that address the real barriers standing between people and a stable future.
